Regulatory & External Affairs Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations, or External Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth understanding of local and international (EU) regulatory frameworks and submission procedures.
  • Ability to engage effectively and professionally with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Azerbaijani and Russian; good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reviewing registration files and all related product documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing application forms and other documents for registration, re-registration, and variation submissions. Ensuring that all documentation, samples, and other required materials are provided to the relevant authorities.
  • Tracking regulatory documentation flow and progress reporting.
  • Monitoring and analyzing changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining effective communication with government institutions and relevant regulatory bodies.

PRODUCT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Medicine.
  • Preferably minimum 1-year experience in Medical field, Pharma industry.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Result oriented in a competitive business environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • No restrictions for travel domestically and internationally.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

 
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Determining the marketing strategies of the assigned products
  • Providing internal medical training activities for sales force; preparing and reviewing all training manuals and visual materials.
  • Working closely with Field Sales Force to make sure that marketing activities planned are implemented effectively and in-line with product objectives
  • Actively search for new data, literature, guidelines to provide updated medical background for medico-marketing activities.
  • Participating scientific congresses, symposia, training and representing the company.
  • Establishing strong and sustainable relations with KOL's

MEDICAL MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Medicine
  • Ideally, a minimum of one year of experience within a Medical Department.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Solid computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven result-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a competitive business environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • For male candidates, completion of or exemption from military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide medical support for the development of marketing strategies.
  • Deliver internal medical training for the sales team, including preparing and reviewing training manuals and visual materials.
  • Continuously explore new data, literature, and guidelines to deliver the latest medical insights for marketing purposes.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Primary responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include the following.

  • Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers and KOLs in all assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships within their territory with key account, medical groups/practices, hospital/academic medical centers, office, and ancillary staff involved in the treatment of patients by providing approved, disease and product information in order to meet or exceed assigned sales targets while respecting Ethics and compliance rules.
  • Provide in field clinical training and ongoing clinical education with physicians, key clinical personnel as well as internal and external employees and facilitate onsite training and subject matter clinical expertise to optimize patient safety and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task and overcome challenges to successfully engage new users of products.
  • Understand and communicate complex clinical data.
  • Demonstrate excellent product, customer and market knowledge.
  • Proactively and positively contribute to sales meetings and sales team initiatives.
     

Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • Field sales experience in the pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Must be proficient in the following applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,  
  • MS Outlook.
